About Peter Kofler
Born in Bolzano, Italy, the organist and harpsichordist Peter Kofler received his first musical education at the local conservatory Claudio Monteverdi. He studied organ and church music in Munich with Harald Feller as well as harpsichord with Christine Schornsheim. While he was still studying, he received a teaching assignment as choir director at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich and became assistant to Hansjörg Albrecht at the Munich Bach Choir.
