About Jérôme Combier
Jérôme Combier is a French composer, born 1971 in Boulogne Billancourt. After studying analysis, orchestration and composition with Hacène Larbi, Jérôme Combier entered the Paris Conservatory in 1997 in the classes of Emmanuel Nunes for composition and Michaël Levinas for analysis. Resident at the Fondation Royaumont in 1998, he then effected a stay in Japan. He followed the composition and computer music course of Ircam (2001-2002) and then for two years was active as both composer and conductor in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
