Cavanşir Quliyev (also spelled Dzhavanshir Kuliyev, born 1950) is a composer from Azerbaijan. He is a prolific composer of film soundtracks. Outside of his home country he is perhaps best known for the soundtrack of Sergei Parajanov's 1988 film "Ashik Kerib".
