ユウ (Yuu, full name 中島優美 Nakashima Yumi), was born December 1, 1979. She is well known as the main vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter for her band GO!GO!7188. Her solo debut album てんのみかく (ten no mikaku/taste of heaven) was released in 2004 under the name ゆう. Other efforts include the band チリヌルヲワカ.
